How do I order a Picnic for Hire ?
1. Select your Pic-A-Picnic choice
2. Make your menu & quantity selections
3. Choose your options for location, date and time, adding any other specific preferences
4. Add your selections to cart and complete checkout process
What happens after I make my order ?
1. You will receive your "Order Received" email.
2. We will align your event in our calendar and curate any specific preferences and requests.
3. You will receive your "Order confirmation" via email.
4. We will be in touch leading up to your event.

What is the hire period ?
Hire periods range from 3 hours for Pic-A-Picnics and up to 5 days for Table Setting events and Arches, Photo Walls & Backdrops.
What is the security bond ?
The security bond is taken as security against misuse, breakages or thefts of our hire equipment.
Security bonds are refundable within our agreed terms.
What if we break something we've hired ?
Don't worry we understand accidents happen. In the event of any damage please let us know as soon as you can and if needed make the surrounding areas safe.Â

Can I change my order after it is placed ?
Yes, let us know as soon as possible. Changes need to be communicated at least 72 hours before the event.
*In some cases we may be able to accomodate requests up to 24-48 hours before the event, and may incur additional charges.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my event ?
Unfortunately, the weather is out of our control, so we cannot refund bookings on the basis of bad weather, however, we are happy to reschedule at no additional cost (subject to availability).
We will work with you to make a backup plan and will always try to accommodate last-minute location changes.
What happens if I am running late ?
Running late? Give us a call or text ASAP!
• We get it—life happens (and sometimes delays happen on our side too!).
• If we don’t hear from you within 15 minutes of your confirmed booking time, we’ll assume you’ve voluntarily canceled your hire.
We're finished our hire, now what ?
For Picnic's:
- Use the provided QR code to text us or call with your details, and we will be on-site shortly for pack-down and collection. Ensure the setup area is left tidy and free of loose rubbish, allowing our team to safely and efficiently complete the collection.
- You don't need to stay whilst we return for pack-down, but we appreciate being informed prior to your departure from the location, if you're leaving the site earlier than intended.
For Table Settings:
- We have a pre-arranged collection date and time booked with you - due to scheduling we may be unable to move this. Please consider this when making your booking.
For Arches, Photo Walls and Backdrops:
- We have a pre-arranged collection date and time booked with you - due to scheduling we may be unable to move this. Please consider this when making your booking.

How do I to cancel my booking ?
We understand that things don't always go to plan and there maybe a need for you to change the date or even cancel your booking. If this happens please let us know as soon as you can and we will see what we can do to help.
