Set-up & Take Down made easy
We find the most ideal spot at your chosen location, and begin set up. We notify you 15–30 minutes before you arrive with location map details. Look for our Escena marker to find your picnic! At the end of your booking, we’ll handle the cleanup. Leaving early? Reply to our text or scan the provided QR code. Don’t worry about bad weather—we’ll have a backup plan ready to discuss it with you 24 hours in advance if needed.
